Description
Letter from Kenneth A. Shaw to Andre Jean Coulbary thanking Coulbary for representing President Senghor at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville’s commencement ceremony. Shaw also thanks Coulbary for lending his support to the Katherine Dunham Museum, and expresses regret that the ceremony, and therefore Coulbary's remarks, were not recorded, so a transcript cannot be delivered to Coulbary. Shaw closes the letter assuring Coulbary of a constant welcome to SIUE, and encloses mementos.
