Description: The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on August 17, 1969 states "This is the newly completed recreation building in Lodi's Kofu Park. The structure cost about $44,000. The Oriental design is in keeping with the theme of the park named after Lodi's sister city in Japan. A projected main park entrance will have a similar design."
