Photograph caption dated June 19, 1965 reads, "Going home - Mrs. James Blair of North Hollywood holds two of her triplets, Robert and Patrick, as she and her husband prepare to take them home from St. Joseph Hospital, Burbank. At right is nurse Doris Baldwin. The boys' sister, Kelly, will stay in hospital a few more days. The babies were born prematurely on Dec. 20."
