Photograph caption dated October 3, 1955 reads, "Phillip F. Johnson has been appointed new boys' vice principal at Sequoia Junior High School in Reseda. Johnson, of 6519 Densmore St., Van Nuys, was promoted from registrar at Van Nuys High School. He succeeds Truman Case, made principal of Luther Burbank High School."
