Photograph caption dated January 11, 1965 reads, "Actor Del Moore, center, presents plaques commemorating their offices to Gary Garrett, left, outgoing president of Valley Citizen's Radio Association, and Emil Hasenbeck, incoming president of the Citizens Band group. The awards were presented yesterday at the Ontra Cafeteria in Van Nuys."
