Pictured is Atty. Louis H. Berger, 29, who along with his legal investigator and secretary, were bound, robbed at gunpoint, and left on their downtown office floor after being told to wait 10 minutes while the robbers escaped. Berger struggled free, ran out to his nearby car, and followed the gunmen. He used the phone in his 1967 model car to alert police, who in turn were able to apprehend the suspects a short distance away. Photograph dated August 25, 1967.
