Photograph caption dated February 2, 1961 reads, "Work is progressing rapidly on the new Sherman Terrace Building at the corner of Sherman Way and Lindley avenue in Reseda. The five-story building will contain 72,000 square feet office space. The Gluck Investment Company is the developer. Completion is set for early summer of this year." The exact address of this building is 18040 Sherman Way.
