Description: Emblem (aka helmet plate) from a German Picklehaube helmet. It is a crowned Prussian eagle holding an eagle scepter and orb. Inscription is enscrolled across the wings and breast of the eagle. On its center is the crested initials RW, possibly denoting Kaiser Wilhelm II
