"The Williams-Bowker Co., realty firm, has moved into this new structure at 2431 Capitol Ave. The company owns the building, designed by Dreyfuss & Blackford, Sacramento architects, and will lease the space it does not intend to use. The Charles F. Unger Construction Co. built the structure, which has a total of 3,360 square feet of floor space and which represents a total investment estimated at close to $100,000"
