Description
Partial view of William Lacy's residence, a two-story Queen Anne style home located on Broadway near Griffin Ave. in Los Angeles. The wrought iron gates are partially opened and beyond them, a man wearing a white shirt, black pants and long white apron can be seen sweeping debris from the porch stairs onto the driveway. The home itself shows a front gable (behind tree branches) over the charming porch that extends across the entire front, with several decorative posts and lacy, ornamental spindlework. Two chimneys peek from above the roofline, and an intricate square "crown" sits majestically atop, as if confirming the home's once glorious days.
