Photograph caption dated November 9, 1953 reads, "Visions of new building at Woodlake School in Woodland Hills are taking concrete form for Mmes. Fred Baer, PTA vice president; Stella Handy, principal, and Charlie Peterson, PTA president, who compare units under construction to architects' sketch held by Mrs. Handy. 'Sidewalk supervisors' will number many tomorrow when PTA holds its first meeting, scheduled for 1 p.m. at the school. Construction includes 12 classrooms, cafetorium, library unit."
