Whittle, right, president of Los Angeles YMCA, presents Mrs. Frank Stevens certificate reorganizing Sunland-Tujunga 'Y' as first group to become division in new Y classification plan. Sunland-Tujunga YMCA is part of North Hollywood 'Y' and Mrs. Stevens is Committee of Managers chairman."
