Photograph article dated February 14, 1961 partially reads, "Roy Richardson, 36-year-old newly elected president of the San Fernando Chamber of Commerce, is a veteran of 10 years service to the group he is heading for the current term. Says merchant Richardson about his work with the chamber: 'It's a good feeling to be heading a working organization.' In the past he has been president of the Merchants Division, chairman of the Fiesta Queen contest and assistant chairman of the city's annual parade."
