Description
Silver Lake Reservoir was named for Herman Silver, first president of the Board of Commissioners, Domestic Water Works System he served from 1902-1903. The reservoir is located at 2700 Tesla Ave, Silver Lake it holds 795.074 million gallons of water, it is a earth fill dam, asphalt concrete, paved slopes, it was put into service in May 1908.
