Description
Dr. Edward A. Taub discusses his book, “The Wellness Rx.” He begins by explaining that his book is about small changes people can make to lead healthier lives. He talks about the connection between stress and illness. He talks about the dangers of being overmedicated. He describes that his plan uses happiness, love, and religion to combat stress. Dr. Taub discusses how people need to take personal responsibility for their bodies and their health. He ends the interview by talking about the importance of nutrition, medication, and exercise.
