Description
This General Plan for the City of Sacramento was created in 1959 by the Sacramento City Planning Commission. It describes itself as a "broad statement of community objectives dealing with standards, principles, and policies to which the community may refer for answers to growth problems." It covers the topics of land use, circulation planning, population density, sub-standard housing, schools, fire stations, transportation, and recreation.
