Description
69. Religieuses noires au travail." ("69 Black sisters at work.") In front of a brick building, four indigenous nuns dressed in white are sewing, two by hand and two by machine. Another indigenous sister stands in the doorway nearby while a European sister stands in the ground-floor window looking out. Postcard issued by "Mission d'Ouagadougou (Hte-Volta)."
The back of the postcard is blank and printed with the following: "Collection de la Mission d'Ouagadougou.
