Description
Evening dress. White, floor length, chemise -- long sleeves have assymetrical Van Dyck lace detail -- high collar also made with Van Dyck lace. Chemise is exposed beneath an ankle length blue dress with empire waist and sleeveless straps. Thick pink ruffles line the front of the dress and hem. Accessories include white turban with pearl details, pearl drop earrings, and folded white fan. Invented by Mrs. Bell, No. 52 St. James's Street.
