On the steep hills at right, there are several newly constructed buildings alongside more buildings that are under construction. There is a car parked on the road in front of one of these projects. The shoreline is visible at center and the coast road winds its way along it. There is a foot bridge across the highway at left. A rock formation is visible near the water at center.
