Photograph caption dated July 1, 1961 reads, "Mrs. Faye MacFarlane, secretary of the Granada Hills Chamber of Commerce, stands in the doorway of the group's office, 17715 Chatsworth St., as she receives a plaque from new Granada Hills Rotary Club President Robert Simmons for 'service above self.' Mrs. MacFarlane was named recipient of the award at the club's installation June 24."
