Description
Prior to their forced internment, left to right Yoshiko, mother Naka, Mary, and father Yutaro Uyeda sold flats of strawberries and other fruit at 331 W. Huntington Drive in Monrovia. Huntington, or Route 66, carried a lot of traffic between Los Angeles and Riverside/Palm Springs. Friend Orman Good took care of the Uyeda property when they were interned during WW2.
