Description
"Drei Wanyamwezi. Derjenige links auf dem Bild ist Alehano Sikonge. Der hat jetzt mehrere Jahre unserem Arzte Dr. Keevill im Hospital geholfen" ("Three Wanyamwezi. The one on the left side of the picture is Alehano Sikonge. For several years now he has helped our physician Dr. Keevil at the hospital"). Three young men standing. Two of them are holding sticks in their hands.

Dr. Arthur J. Keevil and his wife served in Unyamwezi until 1923. Having directed the medical work from 1923 to 1939 in Sikonge, Dr. Arthur Keevil worked in Tabora. In 1961 Dr. Arthur Keevil retired.
