Description
A black and white photo of an eighteen-horse or mule team pulling a flat bed wagon with a huge spool of cable. The wagon has solid wood wheels. The photo is taken from the rear of the wagon, which is on a narrow road cut into the side of a hill. Inscribed on the backside: "Spool of cable for Las Plumas".
