Incorporation certificate for Farmers & Merchants Bank which reads: I, Thomas Beck, Secretary of State of the State of California, do hereby certify that I have - "compared the annexed copy of" replaced with "this day" - filed a notice of the trustees and directors of the Farmers and Merchants Bank of Los Angeles to extend the time of duration of said corporation - "with the original now on file in my office, and that the same is a correct transcript therefrom and of the whole thereof" crossed out.
