Photograph caption dated June 4, 1959 reads, "Expressions of relief an happiness wreathed the faces of all parties concerned yesterday when city officials and Dodger President Walter O'Malley signed a contract that will enable the ball club to erect a stadium in Chávez Ravine, ending a long legal battle. Seated to O'Malley's left is Council President John S. Gibson Jr. Standing, left to right: Councilman Ransom Callicott and City Attorney Roger Arneberg."
