Fire Engine No.1 of the Los Angeles Fire Department is rolling through the streets again, but not on its own wheels. The venerable steam engine retired in 1921, and is mounted on a truck as an exhibit for Fire Prevention Week. Photo shows the steam engine as it apears on its tours of the city. Firemen riding are: Ralph McLaughlin (left), and William M. Arthur. Photo dated: October 6, 1937.
