Title supplied by cataloger.; Van Nuys News caption dated December 15, 1959 reads, "Proposed Club - Mrs. Goldia Sica, wife of alleged underworld figure Joe Sica, and her attorney Leland E. Zeman display plans for proposed club near her La Tuna Canyon Road home in Sun Valley. Twenty-eight neighbors protested zone variance at public hearing. Decision is expected in few days."
