Adams apologizes for not reading McDonald's letter earlier and therefore he was not able to attend a meeting where he was supposed to meet fellow Baltimore citizens. Dated October 26, year unknown. Torn in upper right corner and fixed with tape. Pieces of tape on back right and left.
