The U.S. Treasury Department congratulates employes [sic] of the West Coast Missile & Surface Radar Division of Radio Corporation of America for nearly tripling enrollment in the United States Saving Bonds payroll deduction plan. W.C. Eller, area manager, and George E. Grieb, state director, of the U.S. Treasury's Saving Bonds division, left, present award to A.N. Curtiss, general manager, WCM&SRD, and to R.V. Javins, manager, West Coast personnel, whose department spearheaded drive."
