Description
Paula Asinas, class of ’93, shares her experience as a student at Scripps College. Originally from West Covina, CA, she was able to find herself a new “home” on campus. Her time was characterized by involvement in tours and admissions, Phonathon and the annual fund, the Scripps Outdoor Activities Program, and a humanities internship where she worked with Planned Parenthood. Ms. Asinas talks of the lasting friendships she made, the academic and social environments of Scripps in the early 1990’s, and the impact her time at college had on her future.
