Description: "Sacramento's Community Center continues to go up ahead of schedule, now aiming at completion early next year instead of August 1974, as originally planned. Pre-cast sections now being attached to the steel skeleton rapidly transform the building, as workmen from Mobil Precast do their jobs. Jimmy Lansdon [signals to crane operator Charlie Bradshears]"
