Photograph caption dated April 19, 1960 reads "Michael Lloyd, 14, member of Boy Scout Troop 424, receives God and Country medal from Rev. Arthur Dahlberg during ceremonies at San Fernando First Presbyterian Church. Lloyd attended church functions during past year to earn medal, one of highest scouting achievements. Attending service were Scoutmaster Emmett Neal, Bill Center, David Neville, Roy Deckman, Erwin Neal, Steve Shaw, Mrs. Al Deckman and Sharon Deckman." The church is at 1102 Fourth Street in San Fernando, California.
