The article partially reads, "The accent was on youth Tuesday as city and county officials and business leaders turned their jobs over to a small army of high school boys. This peaceful revolution marked celebration of the 41st annual 'Boys in Government,' sponsored by the Council For Promotion of Boys' Welfare...The Valley Times TODAY also had its editorial and mechanical staffs 'replaced' yesterday...Acting as editor and reporter were Eddie Bemechman, 8209 Owens St., Sunland, and Howard Lebich, 10822 Seven Hill Dr., Tujunga. Both are students at Verdugo Hills high and members of the journalism class."
