Pictured is George H. Martin, who, along with his wife Edith witnessed the tragic death of Patrick Burns, 7, when the young boy was struck by an automobile driven by Jack A. Risley, 26, in a crosswalk at Ninth and Valencia streets. The Martin's were called as witnesses to recount the tragic event. Photograph dated November 14, 1947.
