Image shows Mrs. Marion W. Brashears residence, located on Via Pinale on lot 1, block 1620, tract 6885 in Malaga Cove. View looking northeast shows double-car garage of the two-story, stucco house with attached garage, enclosed patio and tile roof. Mrs. Brashears, a vocational analyst, was treasurer for the Palos Verdes Woman's Club. Landscape design was by Irving J. Gill, who Mrs. Brashears married in 1928.
