Description
Letter refers to an payment enclosure and notifies Mr. Hand that will "help" him communicate with a Mr. Uyra and Mr. Kuritani about a lease belonging to Mr. Uyra. The letter mentions he does not want to make it seem he is taking the lease away from Mr. Uyra.
