Photograph caption dated September 30, 1954 reads, ""Dean Martin (right) does some cutting-up, in keeping with his film characterizations with Jerry Lewis, as he arrives at the premiere with wife and other couple. The others (left) are Robert Sterling and Anne Jeffries [sic]."" The group is pictured at the Hollywood Pantages Theatre, attending the premiere of ""A Star is Born,"" starring Judy Garland and James Mason, and directed by George Cukor. Martin's wife Jeanne ""Jean"" Biegger Martin is unnamed in the original caption.
