Description
Photograph caption dated April 27, 1957 reads, "Jimmy Borg, 9, of 629 Groton Dr., Burbank, hasn't known how to tell time very long, but nevertheless he is set to move up hands on clock to read one hour later. Valley residents will join with rest of Southern Californians in losing one hour sleep at 2 a.m. tomorrow when Daylight Savings Time makes it 3 a.m."
