Description
This circa 1996 postcard shows the facade of the California State Capitol building, as seen from the fountain between the Capitol Extension buildings, just to the west of the Capitol. The portico is accented with seven granite archways and eight columns, capped with Corinthian columns. The west portico is one of six entrances to the Capitol.
