Description
Across the dirt road, behind the long low trellis-like fence, is the Mount Washington Hotel with striped awnings shading each room. The hotel later became the headquarters for Self-Realization Fellowship. Originally constructed in 1908, the building was officially designated a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument in 2007.
