Description
Los Angeles House, J. B. Springer contractor. A three story frame building on the North West Corner of Colorado and Fair Oaks, across Fair Oaks from Barney William's Store. Built on 2 1/2 acres purchased from Mrs. Carr. Opened July, 1883. Later moved to the corner of Colorado and De Lacey.
