Description
Two women are depicted in front of a balustrade, with trees in the distance. The woman on the left wears her hair up in a bun with ringlets covering her ears. Her dress is a light pink with black vertical stripes. The pink dress is off the shoulder with capped short sleeves. Underneath it she wears a white blouse with long full sleeves, and a high neck with a ruffle. The woman also wears a green apron tied around her waist. The apron has four horizontal black stripes of trim at the bottom and one at the sides, two small rounded pockets, and a cord with tassels at the waist. The woman on the right wears a yellow bonnet with matching ribbon and bows. Her dress is gray with a matching jacket. Her jacket has double-breasted buttons, lapels and cuffed sleeves in a military style . She holds a green umbrella in her right hand.
