Description
Instructions for incarcerees who are being transferred from the Rohwer camp to other camps. The instructions were given to Seijiro Ogawa when he was temporally incarcerated in the Rohwer camp and being transferred to the Tule Lake Segregation Center. He was one of the 97 repatriates who failed to board the M.S. Gripsholm in New York due to lack of space and detained in the Rohwer camp temporarily.
