The Court House stands at the corner of the streets at center. Tall stairs lead through the manicured lawn to the tall, lightly-colored building. The yard is fenced with small plants near the front of the building and trees just behind it. Houses can be seen in the right background while a smaller building stands down the street in the left background. Several men stand near the trash cans along the sidewalk at left.
