Color motion picture showing Boeing Vertol Company light rail vehicle testing in August of 1977 on test track near Philadelphia. Light rail vehicle being tested in this film is #3487, built for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, Boston "T" system. These cars were identical to those built for the San Francisco Municipal Railway (Muni). Car testing is traversing a variety of curves, inclines, declines and grade crossings likely to test vehicle articulation and clearance. No sound.
