Description: Letter to John Fiehman, Secretary of the Big Pine Water Association, asserting the Los Angeles Board of Public Service Commissioners intends to honor their agreement made in 1919 and requesting that representatives from the two organizations meet to discuss the agreement. Also contains an affidavit signed by John Fiehman swearing to the letter's authenticity.
