Record created by City Clerk Walter C. Peterson documenting a report submitted by the Charter and Administrative Code Committee at a City Council meeting, recommending actions and provisions to furnish the pro and con arguments to be mailed with the Sample Ballots for the Special Municipal Election on the subject of Public Housing on June 3, 1952. The committee recommended that Reverend Thomas J. O'Dwyer be responsible for the pro arguments favoring public housing and Frederick C. Dcokweiler be responsible for the con arguments opposing public housing.
