Photograph of the concession stands, musical entertainment, and exhibits at the Manzanar Farm Exhibit, 1943. It attracted more than 5,000 incarcerees and local residents to the two-day Fall Fair at the Manzanar incarceration camp. Caption reads: Manzanar farm exhibit, 1943, near Pleasure Park. The collection was donated by Ralph "Pete" Merritt, Jr. and Patricia Merritt. It is comprised of photographs from an album created by L. Josephine Hawes, the Chief Nurse at the Manzanar Hospital, and individual photographs collected by Ralph P. Merritt, the Project Director of the Manzanar War Relocation Center.
