Description
"This aerial view shows the progress of work on the $1.6 million Crossroads shopping center along Freeport Boulevard. The excavations are for basements of two of the six shopping pavilions which will be build around a garden court on the site. The white panels lining the excavations are wall panels, ready to be tilted up into place. The center's opening is scheduled for next fall. Last week, Blum's of San Francisco announced it would take over 3,000 square feet in one of the pavilions for a Sacramento Confectionary-restaurant. That's 35th Avenue in the distance"
