Description
Photograph was edited for publication purposes.
Photograph caption dated May 2, 1960 reads "The Rev. J. Wesley Neal, left, of Chatsworth, executive director of Agricultural Aids Foundation, points out features of small tractor earmarked for Africa to Mrs. Earl Weidner and the Rev. Kernahan of Community Methodist Church of West Van Nuys. Called 'Weapons For Peace,' implements are sent to under-developed countries under sponsorship of privately financed foreign aid program. Small, simple-to-operate machinery is proving most effective in these areas. The Rev. Mr. Neal has appeared in many Valley Methodist churches as mission program guest."
